1: C35 steel introduction
C35 is a medium carbon steel, one of the most widely used steels for mechanical parts. Excellent forgeability. Special variants are available for cold drawing. Due to the carbon content, preheating and post-heating are required during welding. A wide range of mechanical properties can be obtained by quenching and tempering.
