1: C105W1 steel introduction
C105W1 is a common carbon tool steel with moderate toughness. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach above 60HRC. However, the hardenability of this steel is low. And poor heat resistance, not easy to overheat during quenching and heating, still maintain fine grains. The toughness is good, the strength and wear resistance are higher, but the heat hardness is low, the hardenability is still not high, and the quenching deformation is large.
